Job description:
1- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone .
2- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful resolutions .
3-Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
4- Ability to learn and apply detailed procedures
5- Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation
6- Probing and discovering customers needs and understand customer view point
7- Transfer incorrect customer contact to the correct department
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Candidates should be having excellent communication skills.
2- Candidates should be comfortable in Working from office Hours.
3- Candidates should be comfortable in working for US shift ( core night shift).
4- Candidates should have Basic understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals
