Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Provide technical support for end-users via calls, chat, email, or walk-ins
✔ Diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve IT issues (Windows, Mac, VDI, VPN, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
✔ Log and document incidents in the management tool
✔ Escalate critical tickets requiring urgent action
✔ Follow ITIL framework and adhere to SLAs
✔ Ensure high customer service standards
✔ Open to working in a 24×7 shift environment
Skills Required:
✅ IT Helpdesk (Voice) experience preferred
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
✅ Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, MFA, Printer Mapping
✅ Familiarity with ITIL concepts
✅ Ability to troubleshoot standard applications (Outlook, MS Office, Zoom, Jabber, Browsers, etc.)
✅ Good problem-solving & organizational skills
