💼 Job Role: Content Moderator
🔹 Experience & Eligibility:
✅ Experience: 1 – 4 years in Content Moderation
✅ Education: Graduation (Mandatory – PC & CMM Required)
✅ Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Emotional resilience to handle sensitive content professionally
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with internet, social media, and communication tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to follow policies & guidelines strictly
✅ Work Conditions:
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- 5-day workweek with 2 rotational week offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Only experienced candidates (1-4 years) are eligible
- Candidates currently pursuing education (Graduation/Post-Graduation) are NOT eligible
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Review and moderate content based on guidelines & policies
🔹 Ensure safety & compliance of digital platforms by filtering inappropriate content
🔹 Analyze and categorize content with strong attention to detail
🔹 Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy
🔹 Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive material
