Job Role: Non-Voice Process
🔹 Responsibilities:
✔ Handling customer queries via online chat/email support.
✔ Ensuring quality service and quick issue resolution.
✔ Maintaining customer records and documentation.
✔ Adhering to company policies and workflow standards.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education: Any graduate (must have Provisional & Consolidated Marksheet).
✔ Batch: 2022 – 2024 pass-outs only.
✔ Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
✔ Other Requirements: - Flexible to work from office (WFO).
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- MCA candidates are NOT eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
✔ Working Days: 5 Days a week (2 rotational week-offs).
