Job Details:
- Position: Banking Operations – Non-Voice
- Company: NTT Data Information Processing Services
- Location: Chennai, Work from Office
- Salary: ₹1.5 – ₹1.75 LPA
- Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (UK Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute KYC and CDD processes accurately following standard procedures.
- Review documents related to KYC, inputting relevant details into the system.
- Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and participate in required training sessions.
- Maintain effective communication skills, particularly in written English.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Only B.Com or BBA graduates
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years in Banking BPO preferred
- Skills: Basic computer skills, strong English communication skills
- Availability: Willingness to work on scheduled shifts, including weekends if necessary
