Role Details
- Designation: Equity Dealer / Relationship Manager
- Location: Chinchpokli / Cotton Green, Mumbai
- Experience: 1–5 years (minimum 6+ months relevant experience preferred)
- CTC: ₹2.25 – ₹5.5 LPA
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intraday trading calls and investment ideas to customers.
- Operate NSE/BSE trading terminals and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
- Monitor daily branch operations and maintain relationships with clients.
- Advise clients based on market research insights and trends.
- Generate brokerage and trading volumes for the branch.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNI clients, identifying new revenue streams.
- Ensure client activation and meet revenue generation targets.
- Communicate order and trade details, confirmations, and market outlooks to clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (any stream).
- Certification:
- NISM Series VIII (mandatory).
- Experience:
- At least 6+ months of relevant experience in equity trading or financial services preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of NSE/BSE trading and compliance.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in advising clients and generating equity revenue.
- Ability to work towards and achieve set financial targets.
