Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Order Management or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (minimum 15 years of education).
- Shifts: Must be flexible to work night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, leading and mentoring a team of specialists.
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including escalations, critical modifications, and customer query resolution.
- Ensure team adherence to quality standards and KPIs, driving performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, logistics) to enhance processes.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill team members.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
- Drive continuous process optimization and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Order Management and O2C processes.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on team mentoring.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage escalations and streamline processes.
- Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in a high-paced environment.
