1. Department: AR&D
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy / MSc / Ph.D
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of Formulations
- Key Skills: Analytical Research Method Development (ARMD) and Method Validation as HPLC, GC, and wet Analysis, Implement GLP & GDP Practices.
2. Department: FR&D
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy / MSc / Ph.D
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of Formulations
- Key Skills: a) Design, develop, and optimize formulations for pharmaceutical or nutraceuticals Etc. Implementation of QbD .
b) Prepare technical documents, including formulation protocols and reports.
c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams such ARD, DQA Etc to ensure compliance.
3. Department: DQA
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy /M. Pharmacy / MSc
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of Formulations
- Key Skills: a) Lead quality assurance activities for product development, including design, testing, and validation stages.
b) Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, GMP).
c)Develop and implement quality control procedures for new product development.
d) Collaborate with R&D, ARD to implement the quality issues.
e) Manage risk assessment processes and ensure continuous improvement in quality systems.
f) Should have knowledge in QbD system for product development.
4. Department: RA (Regulatory Affairs for ROW Market)
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Regulatory)
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of Formulations
- Key Skills: a) Develop and implement regulatory filing strategies for ROW markets
b) Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines, CTD formats, country-specific regulations in Asia, LATAM, Africa, CIS, and the Middle East.
c) Expertise in dossier preparation, submission management, and post-approval changes.
d)Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
e) Proficiency in regulatory databases and submission tools.
f) Assess regulatory risks and provide mitigation strategies.
g) Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of CTD (Common Technical Document) and country-specific dossiers.
