- Designation : Trainee Operator to Sr Executive
- Qualification: Diploma(Mech, ECE and Ele) and B.Sc or M.Sc (All Streams) or B.Pharm
- Location : Hyderabad
- Experience : 0 to 6 Years
- Salary Range : 1.8lpa to 4.2 lac
- No Of Positions : 15
Job Description :
1) Operating the machinery used for packaging products in the manufacturing area daily.
2) Starting up and stopping the machine as necessary, including refilling packaging material.
3) Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state.
4) Executing preventative maintenance on the machine and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
5) Ensuring the correct packaging is used for specific product ranges and that packaging is done in line with the company standards.
6) Inspecting final products.
7) Reporting faulty packaging or problems on the machines to the relevant managers.
8) Moving of completed boxes of products to the correct inventory area.
9) Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
10) Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.

Job Description :
1) Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable (Vial, Catridge, PFS & BFS).
2) Should have basic idea on aseptic operations
3) Should have an idea on CIP & SIP
4) Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
5) Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
6) Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
7) Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
8) Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
