Job Description:
1) Responsible for inspecting and/or testing products .
2) Should have worked on Aseptic (Injectable) products.
3) Responsible for testing & sampling finished products.
4) Should have basic communication.
5) Should be able to validate the collected sample .
6) Perform tasks as required GLP/ GMP according to allocation of QC manager and report monthly on their tasks.
7) To audit all laboratory worksheets, calibration protocols/reports and raw data archives to ensure the validity and accuracy of the data
8) To prepare and check Certificates of Analysis for all lots of raw materials and packaging materials tested in the QC Department
9)Checking the tidiness, orderliness and cleanliness of their working area

Job Description:

4) Active participant in planning and executing the sampling and distribution activities related to process
validation, Hold time, cleaning validation, media fill, periodic validation/qualification activity and completion
and submission of error free reports
5)Water Sampling in Formulation Sterile Plant RO Water, Purified Water, Raw Water, Potable Water, In process
and Purified Water.
6) Water Analysis of Pathogen Testing
7) MLT Analysis of Finished Product, Raw Material, Bulk Samples, Stability and Validation Samples
8) Should be able to work in shift.

2) Knowledge of plastic molding, quality control and rejection control.
3) To load , set the process parameters and operate Injection /Injection Blow Moulding, Printing, Assembly, vision inspection machine , quality equipment as per SOP and set Process Parameters , complete line clearance, Update BMR documents and records.
4) Strictly follow the GMP , SOP and work instruction and also obey to the seniors.
5) Periodically inspect the product of multiple machine and report to the senior if any uncontrollable situation.
