Requirement of Manpower for Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophiliser, PFS & BFS)
- Designation : Jr Operator or Operator and Executive (Filling)
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm and B.Tech, Diploma(mech) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical)
- Location : Hyderabad
- Experience : 2 to 5 Years
- No Of Positions: 30
- Salary Range : 2.4 lpa to 4.8 lpa
Job Description:
- Should have basic idea on aseptic operations
- Should have an idea on Vail, cartridge and ampoule Filling.
- Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
- Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
- Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable .
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
- Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
