Requirement of Manpower for Manufacturing (Ampoule Filling)
- Designation : Jr. Operator or Executive or Sr. Executive or Sr. Operator.
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm and B.Tech, Diploma(mech) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical).
- Location : Hyderabad
- Experience : 3 to 7 Years
- No Of Positions: 10
- Salary Range : 3 lpa to 7 lpa
Job Description:
- Should have basic idea on aseptic operations (Ampoule filling)
- Should have an idea on CIP & SIP
- Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed
- Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.
- Should be able handle line activities of Manufacturing of Injectable .
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
- Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.

Job Description:
- Perform BET, TVC of in-process Products (Injectable), Raw material and finish product.
- Perform microbiological clean room area qualification and periodic validation by
settle plate, contact plate and air sampling. - Review all microbiological documents and reports of BET, TVC, and EM.
- Active participant in planning and executing the sampling and distribution activities related to process validation, Hold time, cleaning validation, media fill, periodic validation/qualification activity and completion and submission of error free reports
- Water Sampling in Formulation Sterile Plant RO Water, Purified Water, Raw Water, Potable Water, In process and Purified Water.
- Water Analysis of Pathogen Testing
- MLT Analysis of Finished Product, Raw Material, Bulk Samples, Stability and Validation Samples
- Should be able to work in shift.
