JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:

• Experience in A R&D biologics or Quality Control with knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Understanding and application of GMP principles, concepts, practices and standards of monoclonal antibodies or vaccine.
• Must be able to develop and improve complex concepts, techniques, and standards and new applications based on quality principles and theories.
• Must be able to develop solutions to complex problems, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness.
• Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action where precedent may not exist.
• Demonstrated the ability to influence process and outcomes across functions.
• Preparation, revision, review and maintenance of STP’s, specifications and GTPs related to product testing.
• Responsible for sending of products samples to outside analytical laboratories for testing and checking of outside laboratory reports.
• Majorly handled Instruments like HPLC, UPLC, Micro plate reader, Spectrophotometer.
• Should have a decent idea on Bioassay, Elisa & Cell culture.

We have an immediate requirement for Jr Executive to Sr Executive (SCM-Procurement- Capex & Revex) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad-Reg.

• Department: SCM-Procurement- Capex & Revex
• Designation: Jr Executive to Sr Executive
• No of Vacancies: 4 (2 for Capex and 2 Revex)
• Qualification:  Any UG or PG
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Budget: Based on their core competency and present CTC
• Preferably, males should have exposure in the pharmaceutical industry (injectables or biologics) as per the mentioned JD, and the candidates who have hands-on experience in SAP are mandatory.

1. Collect Purchase Requisitions and Source Material. Identify Suitable Vendors. Process Purchases by generating Purchase Orders in SAP. Identify Suitable Vendors, Process Purchases by generating Purchase Orders in SAP.
2. Preparation of Purchase orders and contracts, preparation of Recurring Purchase orders for contracting of services. And Buyers profile in the system.
3. Guide and assist projects in tagging all assets upon receipt from the supplier. Update non-expendable property inventory record and track movement of assets.
