Qualification: M. Pharma, B. Pharma, M. Sc (Life Sciences)
Experience: 17 to 20 years
Budget: 18 to 24 Lpa
Dialect: Should be familiar with local Language (Telugu)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for developing the unit’s strategic direction for consideration by management and implementing the agreed strategy in line with business requirements for Formulation (Production-LVP or SVP),
2. Should have experience of handling the complete operation and execution of SVL & LVP injection line.
3. Should have a strong hold on the Green field projects, products that are in pipeline and commercialized.
4. Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction as per market requirement.
5. Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from TOP Management.
6. Ensure the annual business plan reflects the agreed strategic direction and is supported.
7. Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals on monthly basis and evaluating the status of WIP.
8. Has to represent the company as required in all aspects of operations
9. Should encourage a culture which upholds the standards of integrity and probity –
10. Should have the ability to build a team environment by fostering initiatives, responsibility, and accountability for the advancement of company goals and objectives.
11. Ensure identification, enhancement, and development of the leadership talent pool so that the company is well positioned to meet strategies and objectives.
