Job Description:
- Job Title: AR Caller Trainee
- Salary: 3 LPA + Additional Incentives
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
Eligibility:
- – Fresh graduates including 2024 pass-outs.
- – Candidates must have completed their final semester exams without any standing arrears or backlogs.
- – Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in BPO (Domestic & International) can also attend.
Responsibilities:
- – Handle calls for the US Healthcare process.
- – Ensure effective communication and listening skills.
- – Adapt to the organization’s culture and be flexible towards work requirements.

Required Skills:
- – Willingness to work night shifts.
- – Excellent oral communication and listening skills are mandatory.
