Engineering Opportunities
Plant Maintenance: Candidates should have experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of equipment such as RMG, FBD, coating and compression machines.
Utility: Experience with plant utilities including chiller, compressor, water system, electrical systems and DG sets is relevant.
Engineering QMS: Senior professionals should have experience in Engineering QMS, deviation/CAPA and change control.
Engineering Fresher: Freshers with a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and basic understanding of engineering functions and pharmaceutical processes can apply. The advertisement specifies 2025/2026 pass-outs only.
Production & Packing Opportunities
Granulation / Coating: Experience with RMG, FBD and coating equipment is preferred.
Compression: B.Pharm/M.Pharm professionals with experience in Cadmach, Korsch and Fette compression machine operations can apply.
Primary Packing: Candidates should have exposure to primary packing equipment such as BQS, Hoonga and CAM.
Sterile / Injectable Production
The position involves aseptic filling, vial filling, ophthalmic and PFS filling, along with exposure to:
- Autoclave
- Vial washing
- Depyrogenation tunnel
- Product filtration
- Aseptic manufacturing operations
Quality Control
QC – OSD: Senior QC professionals should have experience in RM, finished goods and stability analysis, with expertise in HPLC, GC, assay and dissolution.
QC – Validation: Candidates should have experience in Analytical Method Validation (AMV) and Process Validation, including method validation protocol preparation/execution and handling instruments such as HPLC, ICPMS and GC.
Applicant Prerequisites
- Candidates should have exposure to USFDA and MHRA audits.
- Minimum 2 years of stability in the current organization is required as stated in the advertisement.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in USFDA-approved facilities.
- Relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
