Key Skills:
1. Preparation of vendor audit schedule on annual basis.
2. Preparation of Approved vendor list for blood banks, raw materials, packing materials, service providers and miscellaneous materials.
3. Participation in Vendor audits.
4. Follow up and collection of vendor qualification documents for blood banks, raw materials, packing materials, service providers and miscellaneous materials.
5. Approval or rejection of vendors, preparation and updating of approved vendor list.
6. Review of approved vendors list and vendor assessments.
7. Responsible for filing the Agreement between blood bank and Company.
8. To review the audit planner, conducting and monitoring of vendor audits and compliance.
9. Collection of Technical / Quality agreement from the vendors.
