Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of IP landscape report for Finished formulation/API and accordingly able to identify and provides opinion against critical granted patents/patent application
- Infringement/FTO analysis for Finished formulation/API /Platform Technology Products for Regulated/EMB/Domestic markets business
- Dealing with outside vendor/R&D team for guiding and implementing various IP approaches and handling customer queries for Finished formulation/API part
- Possess knowledge in dealing with IP matter of CMO/CDMO/Co-development business
- Invalidity/prior art analysis of key patents for Regulated/EMB/Domestic markets business
- New product identification/505(b)(2) concept identification support
- Patent application drafting, filing and prosecution for various markets
- Knowledge in dealing with outside lawfirms (Regulated markets and others) for patent prosecution/litigation matter
- Tracking of key concern products litigation stages and patent applications and accordingly analyzing its business impact
- Launch date analysis/generic entry for Regulated/EMB/Domestic markets business products
Preferred Skills :
