Job Description

• To understand the project background through technical discussion with project owner in order to analyse the strategy of documentation
• To ensure proper documentation completion with in specified timelines
• To design the documents according to the new updating of the regulatory guidelines.
• To ensure regular updating of checklist related to any update of guidelines required for documentation
• To ensure and imply lean documentation system e.g. – Information sheet for stability protocol implemented number system and harmonized across all locations.
• To arrange technical discussion for new dosage forms of development processes
• To update system and sops as per regulatory updates.
• To guide cross functional teams for orientating them with the existing documentation processes.
• To ensure the regular pharmacopeia updating of excipients
• To impart training to F&D / TT related to new Sop / Guidelines
• To ensure the harmonization codes in order to reduce and control inventory

SECONDARY ACTIVITIES

The other ancillary activities to the primary activities performed

• To evaluate and coordinate with plant for query
• To support the SAP team in case of technical issues
• To resolve query related to commercial activities.
