Quality Control – Required Skills
Candidates for the QC position should have knowledge of:
- Finished product, stability sample and raw material analysis
- Analytical method validation, verification and method transfer
- Data interpretation and troubleshooting
- Solid oral dosage and quality processes
- USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA and other regulatory requirements
- ICH guidelines
- Operation and troubleshooting of QC instruments
- Investigation of OOS, OOT and deviations
- HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, polarimeter, UV spectrophotometer, KF and related QC instruments
Production – Required Skills
Production candidates should have knowledge of:
- Granulation and coating manufacturing processes
- Operation of relevant production machinery
- Problem-solving and process troubleshooting
- cGMP requirements
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
