TORRENT PHARMACEUTICALS LTD (R&D CENTRE), GANDHINAGAR is hiring experienced candidates for Formulation Technology Transfer – Scientist II (Executive) Role.
Job Profile:
* To review the technical information sheet product detail, TRMR (Tentative Raw Material Requirement) and product development document received from FnD dept.
* To propose and fix the batch size i.e. of the Demo, Scale up, Exhibit and Commercial.
* To get involved and observe in the TT demo batch with F&D.
* To take scale up batch at manufacturing locations and prepare scale up batch protocol and its reports.
* To prepare Master Formula Card (MFC), Sampling Protocol and Risk Assessment Form for execution of Batches.
* To take the scale up & exhibit batches at the manufacturing locations.
* To trouble shoot during the exhibit batches and the optimization batches at the manufacturing locations.
* To prepare the Technology Transfer summary reports.
* To get involved in alternate vendor development activities.
Qualification: M. Pharm with 2 -7 years / B. Pharm with 5 – 10 years of experience in FTT / Formulation / Production.
Location of the above requirement is for Torrent Pharma – R&D Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Job Profile :
➢ Material Selection and packaging design of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary pack for new and existing products.
➢ Innovator packs evaluation/Characterization.
➢ Vendor Identification for packaging material and coordination for technical drawing, TDS, Specification and Approval of same,
➢ Change part evaluation with the help of plant production and engineering team.
➢ Arrangement of regulatory documents for ANDA submission.
➢ Preparation and approval of specification and STP.
➢ Preparation of PPMC(Primary Packaging material configuration)
➢ Conducting Transportation trial.
➢ Working on Productivity improvement & Cost saving projects,
➢ Conducting on line packaging trials to analyse the machine ability and subsequent trouble shooting.
➢ Evaluation of New Packing material / samples from New Supplier
➢ Approval of Print proofs, Shade Cards, Multi up Sheets Received from Supplier.
➢ Handling of EB, CB & Scale up batch.
➢ Change Part development and approval.
➢ Coordinating for FAT and SAT for new machine and mold.
**Qualification: B. Pharm/B.Sc with Post Graduation Diploma in Packaging Development Technology.
** Experience 1 – 7 Years.
