1. Line officer
Qualification: – BSc/MSc/ B-pharm/ M-Pharm
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in BPR, Logbook filling, Daily balance verification, Area Cleaning Temperature & humidity recording, reconciliation of packing material & tablet capsule handling of manpower & line supervision with in process checks
2. Blister Operator
Qualification: – ITl/12th IAOCP/ Diploma
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in Cleaning ,Operation of Blister pack Machine Alu-Alu, Alu-PVC .High speed machine with PLC,Camera Vision system,PRC setting, Machine make- Elmach (2000,3010 500XT) Accupack -Discovery ,Acg- Bmax plus
3. Bottle Operator
Qualification: – ITl/12th IAOCP/ Diploma
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in Cleaning, Operation of Bottle pack machine .PLC operation, Make- IMA-PG
4. Cartonator Operator
Qualification: – ITl/12th IAOCP/ Diploma
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in Cleaning, Operation of Cartonator machine .PLC operation, Make- IMA-PG IC150C, Accupack -Galaxy-130, Acg- Hicart Plus
5. Labelling Operator
Qualification: – ITl/12th IAOCP/ Diploma
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in Cleaning, Operation of Labelling machine .PLC operation, Make- IMA-PG
6. 2D Operator
Qualification: – IT Diploma /BSC in Computer Science
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: – 2 to 5 years Relative Experience in Cleaning ,Operation of 20 data matrix printer ,hand exp. On sterilization & aggregation as per EU-FMD guideline
