Job description:
Designation-Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Criteria:
Graduate Freshers
HSC/ Graduates – Minimum 6 Months+ Years of experience can apply
Key skills required:
- Good English communications skills.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer centric service attitude
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible to address and resolve Consumer & Commercial queries, requests and complaints.
- Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.
- Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Figure out best ways to ensure that customer are happy with the services
- Should be between 18 to 35 Years
Shift Timing:
Males: 24*7 Any 9 hours of rotational Shift- 1 Rotational Week Off
Females Day Shift 7am to 9 PM (Any 9hrs)1 Rotational Week Off
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
