Job description:

• Role: Customer Support.
• Industry Type- BPO.
• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.
• Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)
• 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.
• CTC Freshers- Rs. 167,247 LPA (Malayalam with basic English and computer knowledge)
• CTC Experienced- Rs. 212,247 LPA (Malayalam) With basic English and computer knowledge and 6 months minimum paper experience in tele-calling or sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria: –1. Basic English and good communication skills in Malayalam ,Kannada ,Tamil, English (English + Any One Language)

2. Freshers and experienced can apply.

3. Sales experience would be an advantage.

4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

5. Immediate Joiners preferred.6.No cab facility.
