Handle customer queries through voice calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and empathy

Resolve customer issues accurately within defined turnaround times

Work effectively in a fast-paced international BPO environment
Desired Candidate Profile

1–6 years of experience in BPO / Call Center, handling international voice processes (US/UK)

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
