US Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies for pending medical claims
-
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) status and resolve billing issues
-
Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions

Update call outcomes and claim details accurately in billing systems

Meet defined SLAs for productivity and quality

Training will be provided – No prior experience required
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any UG / PG (Except MBA & Life Science)
Age Limit: Up to 28 Years
