Job Criteria:
- Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
- Any candidate Fresher or more than 12 months BPO voice process would be considered.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
Job Description:
- Have to resolve customer queries over Calls
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
