Job Description:
- ON Role: Customer Support Associate – Voice Process
- Nature of Job: Resolving the banking related queries of the customer via call
- Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have Good communication in Hindi and English
- Added advantage if speak any one of this language like Bengali or Guajarati or Marathi or Punjabi or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
- Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
- Fixed Day shift (8hrs working only)
- Work Location: Egmore, Chennai
- NO BOND / NO CONTRACT
- Experience: 0 to 1yrs
- Salary:1.6 LPA to 3 LPA
