Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Overseeing the customer service process.
3. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate Profile
1. Undergraduate/graduates all are eligible.
2. Should have minimum “06 months of International voice process.“
3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
4. Should have excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in US Telecom will be an added advantage
