Job Criteria:
- Good communication skills
- Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
- Any candidate with minimum six months of experience or more or been in the BPO voice process would be considered.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
Job Description:
- Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
