Role: Problem Coordinator
Required Technical Skill: ITSM, IT Service Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Problem Management
Experience Range: 4 to 12 Years (If relevant is up to 3+ years will also do)
Location: Hyderabad
Mode: Physical Walkin drive In-Person (Face to Face)
Walk-In Drive Date: 16th March 2024 (Saturday)
Reporting Time: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Drive Venue: Tata Consultancy Services, Deccan Park (LS1 Zone), Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500081
OR
Role: Change Coordinator
Required Technical Skill: ITSM, IT Service management, Cloud infrastructure, Change Management

Common Must-Have Skills for all the three roles:
- Customer service Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ready to work night shifts
- Ready to be Cross skilled on other Portfolios
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work methods
- Sound knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Develop SOPs and checklist
Common Good-To-Have for all the three roles:
- Sound knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in Service NOW
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
