Position Overview

Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Radio Ad Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Role Category: Non-Voice

Responsibilities

1. Sales Support:
   • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
   • Prepare sales materials and maintain records.
   • Coordinate meetings and client follow-ups.
2. Ad Operations:
   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of radio broadcast advertisements.
   • Coordinate ad scheduling and trafficking.
3. Client Management:
   • Build and maintain client relationships.
   • Address client queries and ensure a high level of service.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
   • Maintain up-to-date records of sales data and client interactions.
   • Generate performance reports and insights for campaigns.
5. Process Optimization:
   • Identify areas for improvement in operations.
   • Implement changes to enhance efficiency.
6. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations.

Candidate Profile

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Regular)
• Minimum qualification: 10+2+3 years of regular education.

Experience:

• 1-5 years in sales coordination, ad operations, or related fields.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ad operations software (preferred).

Traits:

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in broadcast ad operations or advertising technology.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics or AdWords.

Mandatory Requirement

EPCN Registration Process:

1. Visit TCS iBegin Portal.
2. Log in or register as a new user.
3. Select “BPO” under the area of interest and complete the registration.
4. Once registered, you will receive an EPCN number starting with “EP2024XXXX.”
