Walk-in |TCS Mumbai Hiring for Sourcing & Procurement Analyst

Role: Sourcing & Procurement Analyst Desired Experience Range: 2-7 yrs Shift: Should be comfortable with night shift – US Hours Education Qualification: Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance/ Semi-qualified chartered accountants and Cost Accountants strongly preferred Mode of Working: Work from Office
Primary Skills:
Experience in managing and executing sourcing End to end Procurement experience Knowledge of MS Office Exposure to ERP (SAP), Ariba
Eligibility : •Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
Job Responsibilities : Experience in leading sourcing projects, build and execute RFPs, evaluate responses Coordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiation Award contract to selected suppliers Requisition to PO creation/management Reporting, analyzing and delivering spend results Spend analysis Timely escalations to all internal and external stake holders in case of a policy and procedure not followed Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements Manages processes and the metrics on a day to day basis Liaises with client organization for any delivery requirement Develop strong working relationships with the entire supply chain team Identify and resolve exceptions
