Job Description:
– Supply Chain, Operations Management Procurement, Finance, Business, related field.
– SAP, Tableau, SCM, Project Management – Preferred
– Application support for suppliers, Support invoicing in Ariba for L&D and HR suppliers, including processing invoices, tracking payment status metrics, dispositioning requests, etc.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders proactively to arrange the debriefing schedules.
– Preparing and maintaining of internal reports.
– Addressing and processing any additional requests made by employees/POC, in consultation with the manager.
– Handle overall administrative work for Executive Talent Management, which will include various issue resolutions for Talent Matrix Grid process.
– Reviewing and responding to issues in the Group mailboxes, ServiceNow, TMG Chat or from SMEs.
– Collaborate with business partners on expected business outcomes.
– Ease to work in rotational or night shifts
