Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Raw Material, Finished Products, Stability Samples, Packaging Materials of Capsules & Tablets.
- Expertise in handling HPLC, UV, IR, KF Titrator, GG.
- Calibrating analytical equipment as and when required.
- To ensure CGLP compliance, Data integrity & safety.
Department: Manufacturing Science & Technology
- Position title: Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 2-5years in Oral Solid Dosage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute technology transfer plans.
- Handling of Scale up & Site Transfer activities
- Preparation & Compilation of trial, scale up & process optimization batch results.
- Perform Gap analysis & Risk assessment for new product introduction at site.
- Preparation and Review of Technology transfer protocol, MFR
- Good knowledge in operating of Process
- Equipment’s: Rapid mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluidized Bed Drier (FBD), Powder Coater Granulator (GPCG,) Octagonal Blender (OGB), Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine.
