Job Responsibilities
Engineering – Assistant Manager
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Ensure efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Support utility and maintenance activities.
- Maintain engineering documentation and compliance.
Quality Control (QC) – Assistant Manager
- Supervise analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure laboratory compliance with GMP and SOPs.
- Review analytical reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Support audits and quality investigations.
Production – Production Officer
- Execute OSD manufacturing activities according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operate production equipment and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA and QC for smooth production operations.
IPQA – IPQA Officer
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Monitor production activities for GMP compliance.
- Review batch documentation and report deviations.
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience in Pharma OSD manufacturing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
