For Trainee – Product Development:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Development of Cost sheet of Products by evaluating the rates of raw materials and Packing materials and other different parameters.
2. To arrange Bill of material for products from the Manufacturing site.
3. To coordinate with the Quality team for any change in formulation and accordingly get updated BOM.
4. To follow-up with the purchase team for arrangement of urgent Raw materials and packing materials required for dedicated products.
5. Development/correction and coordination of product Artworks with the help of all concerned members
6. To coordinate with the marketing team and maintain record of all orders.
7. To create a Sales Order and share the same with the production and planning team.
8. To maintain record of monthly dispatch products
9. Development of Sales report (twice a month)
10. Development of Order Value and volume Monthly Basis

For Trainee – HR:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Screening & Calling Candidates according to JD provided
2. Scheduling Interviews
3. Doing follow up with candidates and HOD’s for feedback
4. Sending mails to candidates with status of their application
5. Maintaining Personal Files of New Joinees.
6. Maintaining Attendance

For Trainee – Purchase:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. New Vendor Development, Audit and assessment.
2. Work on new project development, arranging trail samples, coordinate with plant production, QC, BD and vendor for the same.
3. Implementation and regular check of guidelines instructed to vendor for quality improvement
4. Work on Packing Material inventory and dead stock.
5. Taking quotations from vendors, negotiation on rate, discuss with Seniors and Business development team for placing orders.
6. Actively involved in packing material rejection issues, causes, and corrective action measures for the same.
7. Coordination with Vendor follow up, Plant PPIC (Production planning inventory control) and Business Development team to expedite material supply from vendor.
