Job Responsibilities
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests via email.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up for timely resolutions.
- Keep customers and stakeholders informed about issue statuses.
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and providing prompt responses.
- Document customer interactions accurately using support tools.
- Identify and report customer-related concerns on social platforms for swift resolutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age Limit: 18–27 years.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in written English.
- Smart, witty, and innovative writing abilities.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
