Job Responsibilities
Production (API)
- Operate and monitor API production equipment.
- Handle GLR, SSR, centrifuge, dryers, blender, shifter, and miller operations.
- Follow GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain production documentation and batch records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Quality Control (API)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UV, IR, and laboratory instruments.
- Conduct quality analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain GMP documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Production
- Knowledge of API manufacturing operations.
- Experience with GLR, SSR, centrifuge, dryers, blender, shifter, and miller.
- Documentation review.
- Regulatory compliance knowledge.
Quality Control
- HPLC operation.
- UV & IR analysis.
- Instrumentation knowledge.
- GMP documentation.
- Regulatory compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Production: Any Degree (Pass/Fail) with 0–7 years of experience.
- Quality Control: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 0–6 years of experience.
- Freshers meeting the qualification criteria are eligible for applicable positions.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
