Roles & Responsibilities
- Producing APIs according to pre-approved BMR instructions
- Performing equipment qualification for new and relocated equipment
- Verification and documentation related to PPZ and wet manufacturing areas
- Operation and cleaning of production equipment including:
- Reactors
- Filter equipment
- Driers
- Millers
- Blenders
- Columns
- FDC
- Sifters
- Reverse Osmosis equipment
- Storage vessels/tanks
- Maintaining production batch records and equipment usage logs
- Cleaning and disinfecting production facilities
- Handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Documentation of cGMP, QMS, and EMS related activities
- Compliance with safety norms and PPE usage at workplace
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 8 years of experience in API Production
- Candidates should have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of cGMP documentation and production equipment handling preferred
