Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Performing Quality Control checking of bottling project
2.Monitor the Bottle Washing Process & Inspection as per above chart.
3. Raised the CAPA if any consignment hold/rejected after Dispatched.
4. Hygiene/Quality improvement Training to workers
5. Daily & PDI reporting
6. Monthly MIS reporting
7. Joint Audit of Suppliers with the client. (As per requirement.)
8. SOP awareness.
9. Rejection % calculation and ensuring SOP compliance.
Candidate’s Profile:
1. Graduate in Science
2. Experience of 1-2 Years in Manufacturing Units
3. Should have worked in QA/QC Department of manufacturing unit of bottles or any molding
sections.
