OPEN POSITIONS:
Quality Control Department
- Sr. Executive / Executive
- B.Pharm/M.Sc with 5 to 8 Years Experience
- Conduct routine analyses using OpenLab and Empower software.
- Perform method verification and method transfer. Carry out water sampling and testing, as well as sampling and testing of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and intermediates
- Prepare analytical reports.
- Must be proficient in using Auto Titrator, UV-Vis, FTIR, TOC analyzer, Karl Fischer (KF), and Melting Range Apparatus Review analytical data and compile validation reports.
- Handle Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
Production Department
- Sr. Executive / Executive
- M.Sc / B.E with 5 to 8 Years Experience
- Hands-on experience in working within a regulatory environment. Proven experience in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) plant operations.
- Skilled in handling equipment such as reactors, centrifuges (CF), vacuum tray dryers (VTD), agitated nutsche filters (ANF), etc.
- Strong expertise in unit operations
- Well-versed in production activities including raw material (RM) verification, batch charging, batch monitoring, and GMP documentation.
- Proficient in filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Control Records (BCR).
- Implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in facing customer and regulatory audits Responsible for maintaining plant premises in compliance with GMP norms.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures across plant operations
- Skilled in preparing BMRs, BCRs, and related documentation.
- Experienced in cleanroom operations, including powder processing and packing activities.
