Sekhmet Pharmaventures Pvt. Ltd. is inviting freshers and early-career professionals to attend a strictly walk-in interview for its API Manufacturing Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in bulk drug manufacturing with hands-on exposure to regulated environments.

 Vacancy Details

Positions: Graduate Trainee / Executive
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• B.Tech / B.E (Bio-Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Chemical)

Selection Process: Face-to-Face Interview (HR Round)
Online or telephonic interviews will NOT be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Execute API production activities as per BMR/BPR & SOPs

• Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, and process equipment

• Perform charging, monitoring, sampling & discharging operations

• Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) & logbooks

• Follow cGMP, safety & environmental guidelines

• Coordinate with QC, QA, Engineering & EHS teams

• Carry out cleaning & line clearance activities

• Identify & report deviations, OOS & incidents

• Support process improvements & yield optimization

• Assist in internal audits & regulatory inspections (USFDA / WHO / EU)

• Work in rotational shifts as per production schedules

 Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on knowledge of API manufacturing processes

• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs & safety practices

• Familiarity with chemical reactions & unit operations

• Strong documentation & compliance mindset

• Good communication & teamwork skills
