Job Description
- Responsible for review of qualification and requalification of Equipment/System.
- Responsible for review of Preventive maintenance schedule, calibration schedules, Equipment lists and Instruments lists.
- Responsible for review of drawings, layouts, P&ID, etc.
- Handling of change control activities and monitoring of post implementations of Change controls.
- Handling of Deviations (Planned deviations & unplanned deviations) and monitoring of post implementations of deviations.
- Review of line clearance document during product change over, inspection of equipments & their concerned documents and giving line clearance.
- Responsible for review of executed Batch production & control records and Equipment cleaning record.
- Responsible for daily inspection of manufacturing area to ensure the compliance of GMP.
- Responsible for review of New/revised & Executed Batch production and control records & Equipment Cleaning record.
- Responsible for sampling and distribution of FG & saleable Intermediate batches for analysis.
- Responsible for preparation and annual inspection of FG & saleable Intermediate control samples/retention samples.
- Responsible for preparation of labels for FG & saleable Intermediate control samples or retention samples.
- Responsible for monitoring of Temperature and Relative Humidity in Control samples/retention samples room.
- Responsible for preparation of labels and other documents related to dispatch.
- Responsible for Preparation of Annual product review.
