Skills:
– Scale-up new molecules (NCE) from R&D to commercial scale through pilot plant.
– Observe demo batches in lab, generate the data from the lab study and identify critical parameters to develop the scale-up process.
– Review/Prepare scale-up documents and coordinate effectively with various CFT departments to absorb the technology from lab to plant.
– Analyze the initial scale-up batches critically & debottleneck the problems faced in the plant.
