Officer To Executive – Production at Raks Pharma, Dahej
Education : B.E or B.Tech Chemical Engineering with 1 to 5 Year Experience
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for all process operation / activities during the shift as per CGMP.
- To maintain BMR/BPR/BCR etc. for record the batches.
- To co-ordinate with engineering department for the shift break down jobs.
- To monitor the utility operation in the plant and report any abnormality to concern department.
- To handle manpower during the shift as per process operations.
- To work in safe work environment and ensure the sub ordinate are working in safe condition.
- To check before charging of batch, visual verification of cleanliness status of process equipment.
- To maintain good housekeeping in respective area.
- To co-ordinate for the raw material from warehouse for issuing the raw materials.
- To co-ordinate to QC dept. for In- process and Intermediate testing.
- To fill the entire document legible.
- To record and maintain all the documents online as per CGMP.
- To monitor and record temperature, Humidity and differential pressure in clean area (Level-I, Level-II & III).
- To check and record daily weighing balance calibration and verification.
- To review all filled documents after completion of activity and submitted to quality assurance department.
Officer To Executive – QC at Raks Pharma Pvt. Ltd Dahej
Minimum 2 to 6 Years of experience required
Role & responsibilities:
- HPLC Analyst, Operation of HPLC, Troubleshooting, Analysis of all In-process, Intermediates, RM, PM, Finish Product, Stability samples and other analytical samples of lab. Operation of GC, IR, UV, KF, Auto titrator, SOR and Wet Lab analysis.
Urgent Required Sr. Officer To Executive – QA at Raks Pharma, Dahej
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience required
Role & responsibilities
- IPQA activities, Plant round, Online BMR review, Line clearance, Sampling of APIs, Analytical data review, Batch release, APQR preparation.
Executive To Asst. Manager – Warehouse at Raks Pharma Pvt Ltd. Dahej
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience required.
Role & responsibilities
- To ensure vendor is in approved vendor list during receiving of the materials.
- To receive materials as per defined procedure.
- To prepare Goods receipt note in time and offered for analysis to quality control department along with vendor certificate of analysis.
- To prepare RGP/NRGP for material to be sent to vendor.
- To store and handle materials as per defined procedure with refer MSDS.
- To dispense/issuance materials as per defined procedure and ensure materials are issued to production department in time with proper labeling.
- To verify/calibrate the weighing balances as per respective SOP.
- To monitor and record the environment condition of designated area as per respective SOP.
- To destroy/return the rejected materials as per defined procedure.
- To maintain all cGMP and statutory records.
- To ensure that physical and book stock are tallying.
- To maintain and operate area/equipment/instruments as per defined procedure.
- To ensure that weighting scales are calibrated and operational.
- To monitor the instruments due dates for calibration and arrange to send for calibration.
- To prepare documents for dispatch of finished goods to the customer and supervise loading of finished goods.
- To ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse as per defined procedure.
- To ensure safety of the personnel and equipment in the warehouse.
- To ensure the storage and handling of FG Drug Substance.
- To prepare and update standard operating procedures.
- Look after Warehouse related Deviation, CAPA, Investigation, Incident.
