Job Responsibilities
Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Perform analytical method development, validation, and routine testing of pharmaceutical samples.
- Execute release and stability testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare validation protocols, reports, specifications, and analytical SOPs.
- Ensure calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments following GLP practices.
Formulation R&D (FR&D)
- Develop and optimize formulations for oral solid dosage forms (OSD).
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, and stability studies.
- Conduct trials and prepare formulation documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data compilation.
Cell & Car-T Laboratories (R&D)
- Manage Cell Culture Quality Control testing for raw materials, in-process samples, stability samples, and finished products.
- Review analytical data and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and GCTP requirements.
- Perform OOS/OOT investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control activities.
- Supervise QC teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments for timely batch release.
Project Management – Cell & Car-T Laboratories
- Plan and coordinate Cell & Car-T R&D projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical techniques.
- Experience in analytical method development and validation.
- Hands-on experience in formulation development for OSD products.
- Knowledge of Cell Culture Quality Control and Cell & Gene Therapy processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and GCTP guidelines.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Responsibilities
LVP FFS – Operator
- Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines for IV fluid production.
- Set machine parameters including temperature, pressure, filling volume, and sealing time.
- Perform production activities such as moulding, filling, and sealing.
- Ensure IV fluids are filled accurately as per specifications.
- Conduct in-process quality checks including weight variation and leak tests.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams.
LVP Production – Jr. Executive
- Perform batch calculations and dispensing activities.
- Carry out CIP and SIP operations and filter integrity testing.
- Execute batch preparation according to cGMP and GDP requirements.
- Handle material reconciliation and material movement.
- Support calibration and validation activities.
Biologics Production – Jr. Executive
- Operate downstream plasma processing activities.
- Perform buffer preparation.
- Handle pH meter, spectrophotometer, and conductivity meter operations.
- Support protein purification through TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration).
- Maintain production documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
Warehouse – Jr. Executive
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory.
- Handle material receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse documentation.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
