Key Responsibilities
Maintenance – Electrical:
Maintain and manage utility systems and plant maintenance activities.
Maintenance – Manager:
Handle project planning, site execution, budget and cost control, vendor coordination, HSE compliance and overall project responsibilities.
Insert Moulding:
Set, operate and optimize insert moulding machines and ensure proper machine operation.
Quality – Microbiology:
Environmental monitoring, media preparation, water testing, analysis and microbiological testing.
QA:
In-process quality, BMR compliance, process approvals, audits, CAPA and QMS/regulatory requirements.
Quality – Suture:
Inspection and testing of sutures, CAPA, root-cause analysis, documentation, knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, 7 QC tools, SPC and process validation.
QC Manager:
Lead analytical testing and method validation, HPLC/GC/GCMS analysis, data integrity, troubleshooting, documentation, audits and GLP compliance.
Automation:
Maintenance and breakdown prevention of SPMs, PLC systems, HMI, servo systems and pneumatic systems.
Tool Room:
Tool and mould maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and ensuring moulds are suitable for production.
Production:
Manage daily production activities, machine operation, production targets, quality and productivity while minimizing downtime and rejection.
Stores:
Manage daily store operations, inventory control, SAP, inventory valuation, MS Excel and material handling.
