Job Location: Digwal, Sangareddy, Telangana
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Research Associate – Analytical R&D (API)
M.Sc. (Analytical Chem.) with 02 – 06 years’ in Analytical R&D. Method development by HPLC. Timely analysis & release of In-process, RM, Intermediates and finished products as per procedure to support for R&D.
2. Research Associate – Process R&D/CRD (API)
MSc (Org Chem.) with 2-6 yrs. of experience in Process R&D.
3. Executive – Quality Control (API)
M.Sc./B Pharm/B.Sc. with 04 – 08 years’ in QC. Experience in handling HPLC, UPLC & GC.
Knowledge in handling empower 3 software. .Experience is must from a Regulatory approved Sites.
i) Method Transfers : Knowledge in method transfers and validations .
ii) QC Reviewer : Analytical documents review, handling lab investigations and QMS.
3. Executive – AQA (API)
M.Sc. / B.Sc. with 3-8 years’ in AQA with knowledge on QC instrument operations, System audit trail reviews of all the instruments, Review of analytical documents, investigation & RC analysis.
4. Executive – QA (API)
M.Sc. / B.Sc. with 3-8 years of QA experience in API domain. Knowledge in handling of QMS notifications like Change Control, Deviation, OOS/OOT, CAPA, Complaints, APQR
and Process Validations. Experience in CDMO business can be preferred.
5) Team Member / Executive – E & M (API)
i). B.Tech (Mechanical) : with 2-8yrs in preparation of Maintenance SOP’s. Experience in equipment/ facility related documentation.
ii). B.Tech (Ins) with commissioning of Automation projects comprising PLC,SCADA and Field Instrumentation. Understanding of CSV Validation Protocol.
6) Executive – TSD (API)
B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical) with 4-6 yrs. of exp in Trail & Validations, PFD’s PID’s & process mapping & HAZOP studies . Knowledge in process Engineering.
Handling of production and process related SOP’s and documentation
7) Executive – SCM (API)
M.Sc./B.Sc. / B.E Chemical with 2-5 yrs. in production planning and inventory control. Material procurement plan and raw material follow up. SAP Knowledge is mandatory.
