PROCESS R&D:
- PhD with 0-5 years or MSc/M. Pharma with 1-12 years; preferably in CRAMS, CDMO, CRO and Process R&D

- Expertise in project transfer from lab to Kilo-pilot commercialization process Process safety knowledge

FLOW CHEMISTRY
- Development of processes using Flow Chemistry (Micro/Meso-reactors)
- Experience in handling different types of Flow Reactor
- Experience in handling different types of Pumps
- Documentation, report writing and familiar with MS Office Suite
- Good knowledge and experience of process development and Organic Chemistry/ analytical knowledge
